Mutual Fund Distribution BDSSPL

empanelled with Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) since 2003,to act as Mutual Fund Distributor for various Mutual fund houses. These are not Exchange traded products and we are just acting as distributor. All disputes with respect to the distribution activity, would not have access to Exchange investor redressal forum or Arbitration mechanism

About Us

We were founded in 1961 when late Mr. Burjor Shroff inherited the membership of The Bombay Stock Exchange from his father Dhunjishah Shroff.

The firm was run from 1961 onwards as a sole propriety firm “B D SHROFF”

In 1981 Mr. Cyrus Shroff , son of Burjor Shroff joined the business.

In 1987 Mrs. Cumi Shroff wife of Cyrus Shroff joined the business.

In 1992 the sole proprietor of B D SHROFF was converted into a partnership firm and registered with The Stock Exchange, Mumbai with the formal induction of Mr. Cyrus Shroff as a partner.

. 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment, incurred net losses.

. On an average, loss makers registered net trading loss close to Rs. 50000.

. Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.

. Those making net trading profits, incurred between 15% to 50% of such profits as transaction cost.
